Incorporating seated sun salutation, warrior and balance poses to build strength, stability and move stagnant energy while balancing the nervous system and reconnecting with the mind, body and spirit. With options for everyBODY, this class is suitable for all ages, levels of experience & mobility.

About Claire Cunneen
Claire is from Sydney, Australia and is an expert in her field. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and is a qualified Yoga Therapist, among many other certifications. She has been in the Fitness Industry for more than 20 years. Check out her full list of credentials here.
During this time she has developed a passion for helping others to live not only a healthy life but a happy one. She is dedicated to creating exercise sessions that are welcoming and inclusive for everybody. Her classes are not only beneficial for the physical body and improving physical health, but are also fun, empowering and inspiring people to feel happier, healthier and to live their lives to the fullest no matter who they are or what stage of life they are at. Her goals are to improve the lives and positively impact all who she comes into contact with.
"After working with seniors for many years, I became increasingly aware of the need for a Yoga program that was more specifically designed to suit their needs. I searched, but there was nothing available in Australia for this population. So, in 2014, I travelled to New York to participate in the LV Chair Yoga Teacher Training. It was a decision that changed my life. Not only did I learn many ways to help my students feel better and improve their quality of life, but I returned to Sydney feeling inspired, and an improved, more compassionate teacher with a wealth of knowledge under my belt. Since then I have been teaching classes and running workshops here in Sydney while travelling back to New York multiple times to complete more training with Lakshmi, and assist her in the Teacher Training. In 2016, I joined forces with LVCY and I am now proud and excited to be an LV Chair Yoga Teacher Trainer and bring this wonderful training to Australia/NZ and beyond."
