A great ways to tone and stretch using chair to support. Improve your balance and gently build up your alignment with this 75-minute chair yoga class. Work with your capacity and stay with your breath.

About Deerah Sze
Deerah Sze who been practicing yoga since 2003, have learned to encompass physical and energy body anatomy, gained knowledge on sacred scriptures, exposed to the art of alignment, the way of adjusting students, and last but not least, the art of breath with health, peace, and spiritual wisdom.
This certified Iyengar Yoga teacher leads with passion and emphasis on helping students to find themselves in true practice. She is always adapting techniques to different individuals and hopes to guide her students to find a balance between their body, mind, and soul. As she believes in developing different perspectives on your practice then you will understand the different depth of your practice.
