[Online TTC] FASCIA RELEASE ONLINE TRAINING WITH JAMES' WONG  (21,22, 28 & 29 Nov 2020)

James is a Certified Remedial Therapist in Trigger Point (IICT associate), Fascia Research Society; specializing in Myofascia Release Therapy & Scoliosis Management & Manual Therapy. The fascial system is derived as connective tissues which connects across multi-layers of muscles, our joints, bones, organs, pleura, superficial and deep layers, and all works as a web netting system to hold up our body to what we call Tensegrity system.

Kinesiology had 150 years to discuss about muscle actions but with this new era of connective tissues and fascia; each pattern lines have a specific design and connected physical conditions tension vs compression.

We also need to address to the types of stresses or loads our fascial lines are experiencing on a day to day basis. Imbalances in our daily activities can deem to form a habitual loading which we develop through a period of time and we ought to take this seriously.
