    About Jeff

    Jeff has been teaching yoga for more than 10years. Further deepening his understanding of yoga, he has visited to India. After visiting few times to the holy place, he realized that yoga is not just fitness training, but it is a way to lead to the state of supreme happiness through regular practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. 

    He has taught in different corporate environments, yoga studios and homes (private teaching).  He specializes in slow Hatha flow practice. He believes slow and deep practice can develop a solid yoga foundation. Students are given time and space to work with they own abilities, more attention to breath. Eventually to meet the purpose of the Hatha Yoga- to still the fluctuations of the mind.
