CHAIR YOGA WITH SHAOLIN TWIST
We practice chair yoga with adding shaolin essense to focus on hip joints, creating better awareness between pelvis and spine, and relation with knee. We try to activate energy of base Chakra at this class.

Lee Swee Keong is not only an experienced yoga teacher but also an established contemporary dancer focusing on Ballet Butoh, Qi Gong & Tai Chi. He combines the method of yoga and contemporary dance for flexibility and joy of practice.
