Activating Your Core in Different Ways
There's a tendency of only using some part of your core. It's important to know more, fell more and see how much stronger you can be. I want to stress this is more a class than a workshop as opposed to my usual classes with OMTOGETHER, so get ready to work hard in this power yoga class.

About Yenny Christine
Yenny Christine, a certified E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, has a well-rounded practice; she is known for her flexibility, especially in backbends. She was not born flexible but developed her own techniques through practice and observing others.
Yenny's been doing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2006. She is often invited to teach workshops in Indonesia and around the world. She is trusted as a guest teacher in yoga teacher trainings, besides also performing for yoga events. Yenny is the owner of Prana Yoga Studio in her hometown, Bandung, founded in 2008.
