Embarked her yoga journey as a yoga instructor back in year 2016, Felice completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with iSpirit Asia under the guidance of Iryne Yogavatar and R2. With the teaching style based upon the deep roots of Hatha Yoga, Felice always loves to sequence the class with a dose of traditional and creative asanas.
As a student who started yoga with mild flexibility and zero strength, Felice truly believes in her motto ‘Practice and all is coming’. With years of perseverance and patience in practice, yoga does not only help Felice to grow stronger and flexible, but also helps her in self-discovery and transforms her into a better person on and off the mat.
Hence, she aspires to inspire others with her passion, knowledge and experience with the aim of helping others to deepen their practice and grow in their own unique path.
