In this 90 minutes insight class, you will understand how the elements around you connect with your yoga practice through the fifth element - Space. Move consciously in connection with your breath; and apply movement mechanics into arriving into your body, controlling both humility and passion within, against gravity and flow of life to awaken the yogi within us through the mastery of space.
This session is suitable for all levels of practitioner, with inclusions of restoration, arm balances, backbends, inversions, breath work, and mindfulness. Bring your own mat, and props you usually need for your yoga practice.
