Journey with all your five senses in this deeply therapeutic session with Jojo. It’s all about slowing down and allowing yourself to disconnect from your daily stresses. We begin with gentle yogic stretches and a beautiful heart opening meditation to enter into a state of relaxation and surrender. Allow yourself to drift into an oasis of calm and inner peace as the healing vibrations from the crystal bowls and chimes wash over you in a sound bath to leave all your worldly burdens behind.

About Jojo Struys
Jojo Struys is a Wellness Personality, Author, Tedx Speaker, Certified Sound Healer and Mindfulness Coach. She is also the Founder of OhanaJo Studio, which is a multi award winning yoga and sound healing space in Malaysia.
Jojo completed her Yoga Training at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India, certified by Yoga Alliance USA. She is an accredited HRDF Trainer and has conducted multiple mental health talks and trainings for MNC companies on the topic of stress management and improving resilience and positivity levels in organisations. She finished a foundation course at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis where she discovered the power of the subconscious mind to break negative thinking patterns.
Jojo was also the regional TV Host of ‘Jojo’s Diary of Asia’ on Discovery Channel which combined her love for both travel and wellness.
Jojo is passionate about her life’s work and whether she is guiding her own students, corporates or private individuals, she hopes to provide the necessary tools and support for people to find ways to let go of what no longer serves them, in order to access greater happiness, freedom and wellbeing in their every day lives.
