Spin the Wheels
Not a reference to a car’s wheel or a game of chance on a Russian roulette. It does instead have something in common - how we get draw in by it. Similarly, this Vinyasa session will be a premise for the exploration of how yoga back bends, movements and sequences can be made to connect fluidly allowing us to see both sides of a coin when spun - giving us a wholesome experience unlike any other.

ABOUT KEVIN CHAI
As the founder of Samana Yoga KL and director of UNDER THE LIGHT YOGA STUDIO, Kevin Chai is the principal and resident Yoga Trainer for many faculties around South East Asia. He is no stranger to conducting Yoga Teacher Trainings, Workshops Retreats and Master Classes.
Kevin’s yoga education dates back from 2005 where his first brush with yoga was at a fitness centre. Inquisitive minded by nature, he soon began to study other styles of yoga such as Iyengar Yoga, Asthanga Yoga, Anusara Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
He is immersed in Tripsichore Vinyasa Yoga under the tutelage of Edward Clark which emphasizes synching the breath and movement to create stillness in motion (moving meditation).
His wealth of knowledge and experience having taught yoga in both the fitness and studio environment, equips him both the perception and insight needed to guide participants of different backgrounds and needs.
Known for his precision and clarity in class, his style of teaching advocates the harmony of flowing movement (vinyasa) coupled with evenness of breath to expand one’s awareness whilst sharpening their concentration to bring stillness within.
