Based on Vinyasa Flow, Inside Flow is a “ beautiful dance of the soul” on the yoga mat where asanas are choreographed and linked together in controlled yet graceful transitions and all movement is seamlessly done to the beat of the music.
In this class, guided by a certified Inside Flow Junior teacher, you will learn a special choreography to an UPLIFTING song that will move you inside and out. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, move in synch with like minded yogis as you collectively get into the flow state by moving from the heart to the melody of the music.

About Lora Frances
Lora is an experienced and well loved teacher of teachers and a mentor of students both in her home country , the Philippines, and here in Malaysia where she was based for a few years.
She is one of only 3 Inside Flow Junior Teachers in the Philippines who trained directly under Young Ho Kim, founder of Inside Flow. She also specializes in arm balances and inversions and is fondly called by her students as the “Queen of Arm Balances”.
Teacher Lora’s wit, sense of humor, infectious energy, coupled with her ability to make seemingly complex poses or transitions attainable for everyone - make each learning session with her inclusive and transformative.
