ACU-YIN YOGA - explore Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yin Yoga-
ACU-YIN Yoga is a yin yoga class which focuses on long holding poses on Acupressure points in order to bring better Qi circulation to diagnosis conditions in the body. James will be sharing his knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine which he has been studying for the last couple of years where he will be highlighting the importance of finding a balance to the elements in our body system.
In this 90 minutes session; he will be touching on the topics which are related to the Earth & Water element mainly focusing on acupressure points in relation to hips stretches.
He will be introducing Acupressure points in relation to the following topics:-
1) Healthy Digestion(Stomach & Spleen) -acupressure points to reduce dampness in the body in order for better absorption of nutrients into the body system & improve our digestive system
2) Healthy Kidney & Bladder Channel - how to regulate better Menstrual Cycle/Pain, & Healthy Reproductive System
Many students whom had practiced this Acu-Yin special sequence flow; found a lot of benefits in treating their body’s condition & hence a better overall well-being.
