ARM BALANCE AND HEAD BALANCE
This class will teach you how to go upside down and play in arm balances and head balances. It covers not only the practice for each pose but the theory behind each pose. You’ll develop the concepts, the strength, the confident, as well as the mental capacity to hold the postures and feel where you are in space.
We’ll also go through various ways to enter and exit each pose including hopping into the pose, piking, as well as one and two foot variations.
While inversions are tough, I designed this class to be accessible no matter where you are in practice. With this guide you can, regardless of your prior experience, develop the strength and the body awareness to enter and exit into arm balances and head balances safely and with grace. I hope you enjoy this class as much as I enjoyed making it!

About All Rasid
All Rasid is a RYT 150 (Registered Yoga Teacher) and was a student of Atilia Haron who is the founder of Yogaonethatiwant (YOTIW) studios. He eventually became the resident Power Flow yoga instructor at YOTIW.
His yoga style has its roots in Vinyasa Yoga and he merges it up with HIIT, calisthenics, power flows and a good measure of his own personal style.
He has always been a fitness junkie at an early age, he was a national state runner at the age of 13. At his adolescent years, he was an avid marathoner, taking part in triathlon events and even Ironman.
His yoga journey started off by chance. He was first introduced to yoga in 2014 while nursing his torn shoulder from his participation in obstacles races. It wasn't until 2015 that he made yoga practice a part of his daily life and decided to teach yoga full time. The rest was history.
He is very passionate about spreading his love for yoga and seeks to help others in their yoga journey by sharing his experiences.
He has made an appearance at major events such as 2017 Female Magazine Top 50 Influencers and has won the Best Creative Entry category. Earlier this year, All Rasid performed a live yoga demonstration at H&M's outlet to mark the brand's newly launched sportswear collection.
