Our yoga chairs provide great support when practicing backbends; upper body rotations in seated twists; shoulder stands; viparita karani and many other asanas. These chairs are ideal for beginners right through to expert levels. A very robust and perfectly shaped prop, it’s an essential aid for meditation as well. Folds up flat for easy storage and transport, they come in two sizes – Standard and Tall. The Tall yoga chair is ideal for taller, longer-legged yoga practitioners.
