Description: Strong legs are so important in safe backbends. So we will work on standing backbends with options for stiffer people, followed by detailed explanations on how to do backbend transitions.

About Yenny Christine
Yenny Christine, a certified E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, has a well-rounded practice; she is known for her flexibility, especially in backbends. She was not born flexible but developed her own techniques through practice and observing others.
Yenny's been doing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2006. She is often invited to teach workshops in Indonesia and around the world. She is trusted as a guest teacher in yoga teacher trainings, besides also performing for yoga events. Yenny is the owner of Prana Yoga Studio in her hometown, Bandung, founded in 2008.
