Strong Deeeep Backbend by Yenny Christine
Some of us can go deeeep in backbend by reflex, which means bending at the joints without lengthening or contracting the connected muscles. Joints can wear out and when this happens, we will be weak. That's why it's very important to learn to use strength to backbend. Another benefit of this is we can keep lengthening and deepening the pose because we are not jamming our joints.
