Breathing in Backbend and Vinyasa
Proper breathing technique doesn't only make our backbend comfortable but also deeper. Seriously. In this class, we will start by applying the breath work in neutral position and vinyasa because it is harder to apply in backbend. After this, you will look nicer and feel nicer 😄

About Yenny Christine
Yenny Christine, a certified E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, has a well-rounded practice; she is known for her flexibility, especially in backbends. She was not born flexible but developed her own techniques through practice and observing others.
Yenny's been doing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2006. She is often invited to teach workshops in Indonesia and around the world. She is trusted as a guest teacher in yoga teacher trainings, besides also performing for yoga events. Yenny is the owner of Prana Yoga Studio in her hometown, Bandung, founded in 2008.
Overall I learnt many points in the class, however I don’t know why she is so rush? The class is 75 mins, but when the time still left 15 mins, she said it’s times up, and she said she needs go to toilet?
Highly recommended! Glad to learnt alot from this course.
