DYNAMIC MIDDAY FLOW
This midday class will help you calm down, get focused and amp up your energy. It’s one of the best things you can do at home to beat that afternoon slump or anxiety! About Lora Frances
Lora is an Experience- Registered Yoga teacher (E-RYT500) from the Philippines who trained under internationally renowned teacher Denise Payne of One Song Yoga. She is also part of the international faculty of teacher trainers for Under The Light Malaysia. Lora is one of the few certified Inside Flow teachers from the Philippines who trained directly under Young Ho Kim, founder of Inside Flow and is the first teacher to introduce this unique practice in Malaysia.
Lora specializes in Arm Balances and Inversions and has led in various yoga retreats, trainings, workshops and festivals both in her home country, the Philippines and in Malaysia where she was based for a couple of years. She always has a huge following for her workshops and classes as she has the unique ability of infusing challenging and playful sessions with yoga philosophy, articulate cues and heartfelt humor. Lora believes and aims for personal transformation leading each student to discover and celebrate their own creative power through yoga.
